Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WorkBillGo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. These starter terms are provided for general business use and should be reviewed by legal counsel for your specific company.
1. The Service
WorkBillGo provides invoicing, estimating, client management, payment tracking, document generation, and related tools for independent trades and small businesses. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and may use WorkBillGo only for lawful business purposes.
3. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the business information, client information, invoices, estimates, photos, logos, payment instructions, and other content you upload or create. You grant WorkBillGo permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing and subscription pages. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If you use Stripe-connected features, your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe's applicable agreements and policies. Zelle payment information is displayed for convenience; WorkBillGo does not process, hold, reverse, or guarantee Zelle transfers.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use WorkBillGo for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, spam, deceptive billing, payment scams, intellectual property infringement, malware, or attempts to disrupt or access systems without authorization. Additional rules appear in our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep WorkBillGo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
WorkBillGo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, or collection advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, estimates, taxes, license information, payment instructions, and business records.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkBillGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, payment disputes, or customer disputes. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to WorkBillGo in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using WorkBillGo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the service unlawfully.
