Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how WorkBillGo collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the service. This draft is intended as a practical starting point and should be reviewed for your specific legal obligations.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, company name, email address, trade type, phone number, billing status, and login details. We also collect business content you enter into the service, including clients, invoices, estimates, job photos, logos, addresses, payment records, Zelle payment instructions, and document settings.
Payment Information
Subscription billing and card-payment features are handled through Stripe. WorkBillGo does not store full card numbers or bank account credentials. Stripe may collect and process payment, identity, fraud prevention, and compliance information under Stripe's own legal terms and privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide the app, create and send documents, maintain accounts, process subscriptions, support users, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve WorkBillGo.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help operate WorkBillGo, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, storage, security, analytics, and support tools. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer.
Client and Public Document Data
Invoices and estimates may be shared through public document links. Anyone with a valid public link may be able to view the related document. You are responsible for sending those links only to appropriate recipients.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary cookies for login sessions, security, and application functionality. We may use analytics or similar tools to understand app performance and usage. If marketing or non-essential tracking is added later, this policy should be updated.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and support legitimate business purposes.
