Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how WorkBillGo subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free Plan

The Free plan can be used without a paid subscription, subject to the limits shown in the app.

Paid Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Subscription prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown before purchase and on the subscription page.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your Pro subscription from the Subscription page. Unless stated otherwise in the app, cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. You will keep Pro access until the current billing period ends, then your account will move to the available free or inactive plan state.

Canceling a Scheduled Cancellation

If Stripe offers the option to resume or cancel a scheduled cancellation before the current period ends, your Pro subscription may continue and renew as normal.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. We may consider refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances. Refund requests do not guarantee approval.

Third-Party Payment Disputes

Payments between your customers and your business, including Zelle payments and invoice payments, are separate from your WorkBillGo subscription. WorkBillGo is not responsible for customer payment disputes, chargebacks, failed transfers, bank delays, or customer collection issues.
