Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes activity that is not allowed on WorkBillGo. It applies to all accounts, documents, uploads, public links, payment instructions, and messages created through the service.
Do Not Use WorkBillGo For
- Fraud, deceptive billing, fake invoices, impersonation, phishing, or payment scams.
- Illegal goods, services, transactions, or activity that violates applicable law.
- Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or invasive collection of personal information.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading commercial messages, or list harvesting.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, scraping, scanning, probing, or attacks against any system.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Uploading viruses, malicious code, unlawful photos, or content you do not have permission to use.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, security controls, billing systems, or usage restrictions.
Payment and Financial Conduct
You may not use WorkBillGo to misrepresent amounts owed, collect unauthorized payments, disguise prohibited transactions, or pressure customers through deceptive or abusive payment practices. If you use Stripe, your activity must also comply with Stripe's applicable agreements and restricted-business rules.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable public links, suspend features, restrict access, terminate accounts, preserve records, or report activity when required or appropriate. We may also cooperate with payment processors, hosting providers, law enforcement, and affected parties.
